Pack up is in day light hours unless by prior arrangement.
Access to power is required within 20 metres of equipment. Generators are available for hire if required.
If the inflatable cannot be pegged down, an additional charge per weight may apply.
Safety mats are supplied with all units.
The hiree is responsible for supervising inflatables at private parties. Any damages to jumping castle or equipment will be charged to Hiree. ($300-$8000)

When you are hiring a castle for any school, sporting club, or work function, we are required to provide a uniformed JumpNPlay staff member.
They are trained in managing the jumping castle, and controlling the number of children using the castle.
Children are separated into their relevant age groups, so that we can provide a safe experience.
Concrete Weights

Surcharge if weights are required to secure on tennis courts, car-parks or other non-peg-able surfaces. We need more time to take concrete weight to the set up area.
Stairs
$39
If we need to take a jumping castle up or down a set of stairs, we will charge an extra $39 for the time delay and safety hazard. If the setup is hazardous, we reserve the right to cancel the set up, and NO REFUND is offered. Its up to you, the customer to make sure you provide a safe environment for us to carry out our work. If you are not sure, make sure you contact us to avoid disappointment.
